Work hard, think big, and have a little fun along the way.

Our team stepped away from the day-to-day for a retreat filled with reflection, creativity, and connection. We recapped an incredible 2025, mapped out our future ambitions, and brainstormed ideas that will shape what’s next for BTV and our client partners.

Between the strategy sessions we mixed in some friendly competition with a cookie tasting contest, mini golf at PopStroke, tackled an escape room together, and shared some great meals.

Big ideas, stronger teamwork, and plenty of laughs along the way.
