“I’m going to need a walking pad.”😃
“With a high rise desk.” 😃
“A shake plate too, to changed it up.”🤪
“Clean ingredient electrolytes please.” 🧂
“Hot, organic, 3rd party mold tested black coffee please.”☕️
“Iced, organic coffee with coconut milk cold foam please.” ☕️☕️
“Large glass molecular hydrogen water straight from the tap.” 😉 💦✨
“I’ll still finish my pre workout from 5am.” 💪
“A protein bar please with no artificial anything in it.” 💁‍♀️
“And a seltzer just in case.” 😆

Just wait til I pull out my red light mask…💥

I’ve never had a desk job in my life… and honestly, I don’t know how anyone does it without turning it into a full-blown biohacking stack experience. 😂 coincidentally, I’m in day 4 of learning all about hyperbaric oxygen chamber treatments to add to the stack 😉

It’s not too much — it’s just maintenance for some of us that multitask at a higher frequency. ⚡️ What are your stacks??
