Shopping experiences here tend to be of the specialty variety and include a tattoo parlor, a watchmaker, toys, and collectibles. Entertainment options include racing, a piano bar, a karaoke bar, a cosplay bar, an on-site art museum, and a wedding chapel for those classic Vegas unions. It's all spread over 3 levels lit by miles of neon lights.
