Some weekends remind you why you do this.

This past weekend, every eligible member of our Storyville team was recognized with an Emmy nomination. Seeing each person’s work celebrated was a victory long before a single award was announced.

Together, we were honored with Emmy wins for our editing, our work with the Las Vegas Raiders, and our storytelling alongside the ACLU. Seeing our CEO, Christine Maddela, receive the Governor’s Award, a recognition of a career dedicated to opening doors for others through storytelling, was something our entire team will never forget.

But what we’re most proud of isn’t what’s sitting on a shelf.

It’s the late nights. The early call times. The endless revisions. The trust our clients place in us. The way this team pushes each other to make every story just a little better than the last.

Awards are moments. The work is what lasts.

To our clients, collaborators, friends, and everyone who trusts us with your stories, thank you. We never take that responsibility lightly.

Because at the end of the day, storytelling has never been about collecting trophies.

It’s about creating something that makes people stop. Feel something. See someone differently. Remember a moment that matters.

That is the power of storytelling. And that is the story we’ll always chase.
