It’s crazy how people are genuinely surprised by their circumstances or results. Like as if all their daily habits don’t have ramifications. For example, I’m not in the best physical shape of my life, but I’m not exactly surprised. I haven’t been to a gym in months and I eat 2 veggie burgers per week. BUT, I have had massive business growth, deep relationship connectedness and unforgettable parenting moments. You’ve all heard me say balance is a myth.

Lack of personal development, unhealthy habits, no self awareness, poor posture, low energy and you have the nerve to blame ANYTHING BUT YOURSELF for your unfulfilment. Seriously?!

At some point we all need to grow up. We need to realize that no one is coming to save us or bail us out... and that’s a good thing. The day you take responsibility for your life and actions is the day everything changes.
