🎧 Listening is my superpower. What's yours?

When I was a little girl I dreamed of being on TV and telling the latest entertainment stories that would bring joy to households across America.

I was constantly told by teachers, colleagues, and friends that I was "too shy" to do something like that.

The best storytellers, and hosts, are able to share someone's story that's been told a thousand times, in a way that's fascinating.

The only way to do that is if you're able to ask questions that have never been asked before. However, before you're able to do that...you have to listen. You have to know what they've already shared and understand them to know what to ask.

See...I'm not really "shy" I just see the world through the lens of being fascinated by everyone's stories. I know exactly what's special about you and how to word what you're saying in a way that everyone will hear what I'm hearing.

So now I bring joy in a different way, by helping female entrepreneurs tell their stories in a way that stands out so much so that they can live a life doing what they love. You can say, I help them find their superpower.

😰 I really messed up...

I'm the queen of preaching hiring coaches and seeking mentorship but I really thought putting together a 3-day virtual retreat with 15 speakers (while traveling for a month) would be a piece of cake.

I mean...I have a background in digital marketing. Content creation and online marketing are what I do, ya know?

Girl...

We're less than a week out from the virtual retreat and I see why people were shocked I was doing this for free from the beginning.

To say it's been a struggle is an understatement.

But it's 100% validation of why this is SO needed.

You see we don't know what we don't know. So we don't know who we need in our corner to get us to the next level that we're trying to get to. A lot of times, we don't even know what to google to try to find them.

This virtual retreat is just a step towards the community I'm creating and I want you to be a part of it.

Like how I could have desperately used an expert in virtual events in my corner this month, someone is desperately needing someone just like you.

Although there are 15 speakers that I hope you're excited to learn from, there's also a community of women that will continue to grow. Many of who could probably use someone like you in their corner.
