1. How long have you worked as a Virtual Assistant?
I've been a VA for about a month. Before becoming a VA I worked as a Administrative Assistant, HR, and Scheduler. All of which had some level of Administrative duties. My overall experience I would say in total is 15 years.

3. What methods do you prefer for communication?
I prefer speaking over the phone.
Text and email is fine but if important discussion over phone is a need be with a followup email as to what we discussed.
4. Where are you located (what time zone more specifically)?

5. What are your work hours and how many other clients are you servicing on a weekly basis?
I am available between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Usually service about 2 to 3 clients a week. Maybe more depending on there needs and services requested.
6. Will my work be sub-contracted to someone else?
No all work will be done by me.
7. What software/computer programs do you use and are experienced in?
MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Adobe, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, Outlook Calendar, Zoom, GroupMe
8. Describe a typical work week.
I start at 9am; I respond to emails first thing and throughout the day. Especially if they're clients doesn't matter time of day I respond right away if it's not sleeping hours lol. I don't like having thousands of emails with no response. So I usually answer as they come thru.
Any projects I work on immediately. Important business I take care of first and go from there. I do not sit things to the side. I work on immediately.

10. Do you have a private office space?
Yes I do.
11. You have a deadline when your computer suddenly crashed. What would you do?
When it comes to deadlines my goal is to get projects done before they're do.
I like to get things done early and prepare myself ahead of time for any mishaps instead of waiting til last minute. That way if something happens I have time to fix the problem before the project is due. There is also my backup on my Google Drive as well. I try not to delete anything because I never know when I need to reference it again.
12. Do you charge for time we spend emailing or on the phone?
No I do not charge for sending a quick email or responding to a clients concern after my contracted hours with you are up. Especially if it's dealing with you making a deadline or money. I see it like this when you profit I profit. I will review email before I respond. If it's something that can wait til next day then I'll f/u at that time.
I do not charge for time we spend on the phone as long as it's in your contracted time.
13. Do you have client references or testimonials?
Yes I have quite a few.

Yes I do

I prefer the client to have confidentiality agreement ready for me. I will have a notation in my contract as well when it comes to confidentiality.

18. How do you charge?
My work schedule is Monday-Friday.
I charge a flat weekly rate and bill on Friday's and invoices are due on Monday's by client.
19. While most Virtual Assistants have set weekday hours, it’s always good to know beforehand how they will handle any last minute requests that may not be able to be completed between regular business hours. Do they charge additional amounts (such as time and a half) for evening or weekend work, and are they willing to even work on evenings or weekends?
Yes last minute requests will need to be known in advance if at all possible. However things do happen and there will be a flat rate charge for those requests.
