This blog post I had the privilege of ghostwriting addresses a near-to-my-heart topic: survival and thrival for neurodivergent professionals.
Most of us don't fit well into conventional 9-5 work settings. Many ND workers are exhausted from trying to fit the mold, to say nothing of what the actual work may take out of us.
I talked to ten ND professionals about what qualities have contributed to their best working conditions as well as how they've adapted and carved out space to be themselves at work.
Masking neurodivergence in the workplace can lead to burnout and anxiety. But unmasking, under the right circumstances, may unlock creativity, turning differences into strengths.
