Do you believe "Likes" are relevant as a true indicator of Key Performance?👍

🌵There was a small business owner who ran an online store selling handmade jewelry. She created a social media page for her business, where she would post pictures of her latest creations and interact with her customers.🌵

🪴One day, She noticed that her posts were getting a lot of “likes” but not many comments or shares. She was happy to see that people were engaging with her content, but she wasn’t sure if it was translating into sales.🪴

✨She decided to take a closer look at her social media metrics and discovered that her click-through rate (CTR) was very low. This meant that even though people were liking her posts, they weren’t clicking through to her website to make a purchase.

She made a plan to turn things around. She took the following step:

🌿She started experimenting with different types of content and calls-to-action (CTAs) in her posts to encourage people to click through to her website.🌿
