You're about to spend $500 on Facebook ads and it's going to be the most expensive lesson you learn this year.

I watch it happen every single week.

Someone learns AI. Posts a few times. Gets no traction.

And their brilliant next move is to throw money at ads.

That's like if I couldn't get a date by talking to people in real life so I paid a billboard company to put my face on the highway.

More people see me now.

But I still don't know how to have a conversation.

So all I got is a really expensive billboard and no dates.

That's what ads do when your content isn't working yet.

They just guarantee more people see something they were already scrolling past for free.

On our last AI Rebels call I told my members something that I think saved a few of them from making this exact mistake.

"If your content is getting comments and your DMs are starting conversations and your Zoom calls are closing... $5 a day in ads will change your life.

If none of that is working yet... $500 in ads will just make you broke seven days faster."

Content is the engine.

Sales is the spark.

Ads are the gasoline.

No engine. No spark. Gasoline just makes a puddle.

And the member who said it best was Nilka.

She was posting consistently for her husband's towing business. No ads. Just content and promotion.

They got their first booked call that week.

No ad spend. Just volume and consistency.

That's how it works.

Post. Get comments. Send DMs. Book calls. Close one sale.

Prove the system works.

THEN pour fuel on it.

Every business making money right now built the engine first.

Not one of them started with ads.

That's the system I teach inside AI Rebels.

From your first post to your first sale to scaling with ads after you've proven it works.

No fluff. No theory. Just the steps in the right order.

Comment REBELS if you're building the engine first.

You built something for someone last month and didn't charge them a dollar.

A website. A content system. A social media setup.

You called it practice or a favor or building your portfolio.

But now their friends are asking who did it.

And you still don't have a price.

This happened live on our last AI Rebels call.

Tamika built an entire website for her brother's barbershop.

Custom booking system. Lead capture. Video integration. The works.

His barber friends started hitting him up. "Who did that for you?"

She hadn't charged a single dollar.

I looked at her and said "go get your money."

She laughed.

I wasn't joking.

Because she was doing $2,500 worth of professional work and calling it a favor.

And when I asked the room who else was giving away work for free...

The silence told me everything I needed to know.

So here's the simplest pricing lesson I teach inside AI Rebels and my members say it's the one that changed everything for them.

Open your bank app.

Find your most expensive monthly bill.

Rent. Mortgage. Car note. Whatever.

That number is your floor.

Not your ceiling. Your starting point.

If your rent is $1,700 you charge $1,700 minimum.

If your mortgage is $2,500 you charge $2,500 minimum.

That's what your time is worth when you're putting your skills into someone else's business.

And I already know what just happened in your head.

"That's too much. Nobody would pay that."

So let me show you what I did on that same call.

I did the math out loud for a barbershop.

Three new bookings a week at $35. That's $150 a week. Times 52 weeks.

That's an extra $7,800 a year from a $1,500 setup.

When you say it that way the price isn't expensive.

It's obvious.

And here's what nobody tells you about pricing.

Without a price tag you're not a business. You're a volunteer.

And volunteers don't get referrals. They get more free work.

The second Tamika puts $2,500 on that same service those barber friends stop asking "who did that" and start asking "how do I hire her."

Price creates perception. No price means no value.

Everything I've been posting this week β€” the mindset, the dating funnel, the offer doc, this pricing rule β€” it all falls apart if you make the one mistake I see people make every single week.

It's in my last post of this series and it might save you from lighting money on fire.

Comment REBELS if you're ready to put a price on what you already know how to do.

Your Zoom calls aren't closing because you're making it up as you go.

And your client can feel every second of it.

On our last AI Rebels call one of my members Antonio had a lead.

Someone wanted a website built for their cleaning business.

Antonio knew how to do the work. Skills were there. He was ready.

But when I asked him what he was going to charge he said "I was thinking maybe $500."

So I said let's role play.

"Antonio tell me you want a website."

He goes "I want a website for my cleaning business."

I said "cool. What do you want this website to do?"

"Give my business a presence and show my services."

"Okay but do you want it to just sit there like a billboard or do you want it to actually get you leads?"

"Leads."

"Then you don't need a website. You need a funnel. And a funnel is worth more than $500."

Then we started stacking.

Website build: $497.

Lead magnet to capture emails: $400.

Booking system so clients can schedule: $400.

Automated follow-up emails so people actually show up: $400.

Total package: $1,500.

And if they want an AI content system posting for them every day to drive traffic to that site? Add-on: $2,500.

Antonio's eyes got wide. He said "I wasn't even thinking about the add-ons."

Because he was trying to sell one thing for $500 when he could sell five things for $4,000.

But here's the part that matters more than the price.

I built that offer doc live on the call. Out loud. In about 90 seconds.

And then I read it back to the room.

"Here's what you get. Call one we do this. Call two we do this. Call three we do this. 14 days of support. Two tiers."

Then I asked for objections.

Dead silence.

Not one.

Because certainty closes deals.

Not charm. Not charisma. Not some slick pitch you rehearsed in the mirror.

A piece of paper with clear deliverables and a clear price.

That's it.

You don't even pitch.

You just read.

Inside AI Rebels I show you how to build this offer doc in 60 seconds using your content bot. You talk into it, tell it what you do, what the client gets, and what you charge. It builds the whole thing.

But the question everyone asks right after is "what do I actually charge?"

And the answer has been sitting in your bank app this whole time.

Comment REBELS if you want the offer doc template that killed every objection in the room.

Your Facebook post is the equivalent of walking up to a stranger and saying "wanna feel these lips?"

And you're wondering why nobody is buying.

I said this on a call with my AI Rebels members and the whole room went quiet.

Then they started laughing.

Because they all knew it was true.

Think about it.

If you saw someone you were attracted to you would never in a million years open with that.

Your brain already knows there are steps.

Start a small conversation. Get the number. Set up the date. Show up and don't act crazy.

You've known this since you were a teenager.

But then you hop on Facebook and post "I build AI content systems for businesses. $2,500. DM me."

That IS "wanna feel these lips."

No conversation. No trust. No connection. Nothing.

Just a stranger asking for money before they've earned a single second of your attention.

Here's what the people who are actually getting paid are doing instead.

Post something valuable. That's walking into the room looking good. You're not pitching. You're just being interesting.

Someone comments. They noticed you.

You DM them. Not with a price. With a question. "Hey what caught your eye about that?" That's starting a conversation. That's the flirting stage.

They respond. Now you're talking. Now there's a vibe.

You get on a Zoom call. That's your first date. You're both figuring out if this makes sense.

You ask for the sale. That's not being pushy. That's just not getting friend zoned.

On our last call one of my members Shirley was posting every day but getting zero comments.

When I looked at her content she was leading with product features. This item has this. It does that. It comes in these colors.

That's like showing up to a first date and reading your resume out loud.

Nobody falls in love with a resume.

I told her to lead with stories instead. Every product needs its own story. Not features. Not specs. Story.

To prove it I held up a $10 hat on the call.

I said "this hat is $10. Has Colorado on it. Slightly used."

Nobody cared.

Then I said "so the only place you can buy this hat is at the top of a 14,000 foot peak in Colorado Springs. Two and a half hour climb. I tore my ACL getting up there. They only had six of these left the year I went. I think I'll sell it for $50."

The whole room shifted. People were nodding. $50 sounded right.

Same hat. Completely made up story. But the value changed because the story changed.

That's the difference between content that gets scrolled past and content that gets comments.

Inside AI Rebels I teach you how to build a content system that creates these kinds of posts automatically in your voice so you never have to stare at a blank screen again.

But even if your content is perfect there's one thing you need before that first Zoom call or the whole deal falls apart.

Comment REBELS if you want to see what that one thing is.

05/26/2026

You have enough AI skills right now to make $2,500 this month.

You won't.

Not because you can't.

Because of a single word you refuse to say about yourself.

Salesperson.

Your jaw just tightened.

I know because I ask every single person who joins AI Rebels the same question.

"What goes through your mind when I say the word salesperson?"

Same answer. Every time.

"I'm not one of those people."

"That's not me."

"I don't want to be pushy."

So let me tell you about my business partner Rocio.

Ask her if she's a salesperson and she will tell you absolutely not.

But when this woman wants to book a trip somewhere she will find $1,000 that does not exist.

I still don't know where she finds it.

And then she spends the next two weeks selling me on why we need to go.

But she doesn't talk about what SHE wants.

She goes "Colton, the hotel has a gym attached. You don't even have to leave the building."

She knows I care about the gym.

So she leads with the gym.

That's not being pushy. That's understanding what someone cares about and showing them how this thing gives it to them.

That's sales.

She does it without even thinking when it's a vacation.

But the second there's a price tag on a service?

"I'm not a salesperson."

You do this too.

You sold your spouse on dating you.

You sold your kids on eating dinner tonight.

You've convinced friends to try restaurants and watch shows and take trips they didn't want to take.

You close deals every single day of your life.

The only time you freeze is when money is involved.

That's not a skill gap.

That's a story you keep telling yourself.

And that story is the most expensive thing in your business right now.

Inside AI Rebels this is the first thing we work on before we ever touch a tool or a strategy.

Because the best system in the world won't help you if you won't ask for the money.

Comment REBELS if you're done letting that word hold you back.

I'm rebuilding AI Rebels from scratch.

Not adding more stuff.

Stripping it down.

One path. One outcome.

Your first paying client.

Here's what I kept hearing from members:

"I have the tools. I don't have the path."

"There's too much. I don't know where to start."

"I can post 20 times a day but I still don't know how to close someone."

That hit me.

Because they were right.

I was teaching the WHAT.

I wasn't walking people through the HOW β€” step by step β€” from zero to paid.

So I'm rebuilding the entire training.

Step 1: Install Claude Code.
Step 2: Set up your content system.
Step 3: Make your first post.
Step 4: Write your first offer.
Step 5: Send your first DM.
Step 6: Close your first client.

That's it. That's the whole track.

No more maze. No more "where do I find the thing."

One straight line from "I just joined" to "I just got paid."

I'm in the lab right now building this out.

If you're already a Rebel β€” comment REBELS so I know you're in and I'll make sure you get first access when it drops.

If you're not in yet β€” watch this space. What I'm building is going to be the clearest path to getting your first AI client that exists anywhere.

No hype. Just the steps.

Sir.

You asked me to format a spreadsheet
that took me 2 hours.

Claude could've done it in 30 seconds.

But you don't trust AI.
And you don't trust me enough
to let me use it.

So here we are.
Both wasting time.
Together.

Net result: negative one hour
and three new subscriptions.
