The easiest way to decide if your marketing efforts are working is to decide the metrics to use for measurement.

Is your social media growing? Are your engagements increasing? Are you tracking what types of posts are working well and analyzing why it’s working vs why it’s not?

Are you getting leads? How many events do you attend versus how many leads do you get per month?

How much are your sales this month versus the same month last year?

You have to start asking these questions in order to improve every season of your business journey.

Christina Kreachbaum has been working in the nonprofit sector for over 20 years. Primarily working in the social service field, she served in several areas including: volunteer management, community engagement and outreach, fundraising, resource development, grant writing and evaluation, supervision, and self-care. Logging over 5,000 hours providing trainings and presentations, she now works to shape our education programming.

She brings a passion for helping nonprofit organizations build connections with other agencies to collaborate on projects and address the community’s needs with a unified focus. Holding a Bachelor’s of Arts in Education from California State University, Long Beach, she is also a proud graduate of TNP’s Emerging Leaders Program.

The best part about speaking in front of a crowd is definitely being able to deliver aha moments.

I spend a lot of time simplifying marketing ideas so that the audience would the able to grasp the ideas without so much technical talk. The thing about social media marketing is that it's not a tech challenge... it's more of a content challenge!

you do not have to be a tech savvy person to succeed on social media but you do have to be content savvy.
