There is an estimated $100-200 million dollars in home-damages from this storm.

Professor is onto something but not completely true, he should look at all of this from the POV of servers, databases, and websites. Chatgpt is a digital scraper with a grading system and uses the same technology as Google. This technology has been available for decades but was finally released to the general public years ago. You could digitally scrape websites for the last 30 years, chatgpt made it available for everyone to utilize freely.
