Before managing $100K/month in ad spend, there were days of doubt.

I still remember my first Amazon PPC campaign.

The numbers were disastrous.

My second attempt? A client walked away.

By the third campaign failure, I nearly convinced myself this wasn't for me.

But one principle kept me going: Data doesn't lie.

So I stopped guessing and started measuring. I tracked everything - not just sales, but the metrics nobody talks about:
Impression share vs. time of day
Click velocity against category benchmarks
Search term performance across match types

Small discoveries led to meaningful wins:
A UK client found $1.89 CPC keywords selling at $3.47
