Position Overview
Successful State Farm Agency in Hermosa Beach is seeking an experienced Team Member to join the dynamic team of two successful agents (Required: Must Have Property & Casualty Insurance License). Compensation: $16-20 / hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services, complete morning report
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
Complete inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Assist in managing two separate books of business for two agents
Assist Spanish speaking customers

Requirements ( Must meet to be considered)
Property and Casualty license (Required)
2 - 3 yrs work experience in an insurance office (Required)
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills
Impeccable time management skills
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
