Special guests included Supervisor Holly Mitchell who participated in a fireside chat with Coro SoCal’s President & CEO Natalie Samarjian! This event is always inspiring and one of our favorites to attend each year— we loved getting a chance to hear about how women are leading across LA County and City in both the public and private sectors.

We wrapped up our 5th Annual Spring into Wellness with a picture-perfect (I am not sure if this is true!) Beach Day — sun, sand, and plenty of smiles! ☀️⚽🍓 From friendly soccer matches to sweet treats and quality time with our Elevate families, it was the perfect way to recharge and reconnect.
This month is always a reminder that wellness goes beyond the workplace — and we’re so grateful to spend it together.

We recently celebrated ‘Tamale Day’ and Marla from our team made it extra special. She treated our team to delicious handmade Chuchitos, a traditional Guatemalan food similar to tamales but smaller and firmer. Made from corn masa and filled with a savory tomato-based sauce and seasoned meat, they’re wrapped in dried corn husks and steamed to perfection!

Shoutout to our team member Keegan Coleman for helping organize the Breakthrough T1D Los Angeles Walk this past weekend at the Rose Bowl! 🎉 With nearly 1,500 participants and over $325K raised, these funds will support efforts to cure, prevent, and better treat type 1 diabetes (T1D).
