Show up as you!
I had to touch on this one today because a lot of people put on for the gram! But if your not the same in person then you loose! I’m not talking about the cosmetics of it all! I’m talking about being your authentic self! When you connect with your following they expect you to be you! You can’t pretend and then expect longevity in any relationship in life! Not business, not personal relationships, not any!
By far am I saying to be perfect! I’m saying just be you! It’s easier, it’s better for your mental health, and it’s better for your brand! It’s okay to not have it all together! It’s okay to not be perfect! It’s okay to be authentic.
I challenge you to show up as you and see the difference that it makes!

Women’s day grew from just a day, to a week, now it’s an entire month! All in all women didn’t always have the right to work and be treated fairly yet here we are! I love to see women of all different backgrounds evolving and, positioning themselves to be bosses!

Perhaps this is the moment for which you have been created- Esther 4:14
Years ago I was having a conversation with my better half and shared with him that I was fighting so hard to become who I used to be! His response was, why would you want to do that. You should want to be better on so many different levels.
I didn’t want to hear it then but now I see what he was saying!
You see, I had to go through something to become who I am today! I had to go through complete hell so that I could learn that the battle was not mine. God broke me down multiple times in one season until I thought I couldn’t take it any more! I had no choice but to surrender to him!
And even in him building ya girl back up everything isn’t always just peachy! I’ve had my moments of I’m doing everything right why is it so hard? But who said it was going to be easy? NOTHING worth having or building is ever easy! NOTHING!
So, if you find yourself wanting to give up or complaining about what life could or should be do this! Take a look in the mirror and ask yourself if your giving it your all! Then ask yourself are you doing the work? We all know that faith without work is dead!
I challenge you to do the work!
