🧘 How A Simple Mental Health Policy Changed Our Company Culture For The Better 🧘
In the spirit of innovation and to foster a healthy balance of work, rest and play, Single Grain has instituted a 3-day weekend every month. ⚖️
We call it "Mental Health Day Policy."
We expected this new policy would increase productivity, foster loyalty, promote trust and retain employees.
And it has done so, exceeding our expectations in every way.
👉 For example, of employees surveyed, an overwhelming 94.4% stated they would likely remain with Single Grain for the coming year because of the new policy.
📍Our conclusion:
Making a genuine effort to boost employee personal fulfilment is key to increasing workplace productivity, reducing absenteeism, and achieving other positive workplace effects.
