A: There are no contracts or commitments when you sign-up with byDesign! That means you can cancel at anytime, upgrade, or downgrade as your needs shift. You can also pause (up to one month) or resume at anytime.

Q: How many requests can I have going at one time?
‌
A: We allow one graphic design and one Marketing Hours request to be active (or internally called, In-Progress), at any given time. If you're on Premium or Ultra, you're able to purchase additional slots if you need to get more done!
‌
Q: What do turnaround times look like?
‌
A: For graphic design requests, typically the turnaround time is two business days. We pride ourselves in producing a quality product. For Marketing Hours requests, it completely varies. For simple requests, it could be same-day. For more complex requests — say, an entire social media strategy — it could take upwards of a week.
