In real estate our relationships with our clients are key… for me.. many are now life long friends that I’m not sure how I got along in life without them in it… but am so thankful and grateful for them every day….

But! I also want to talk about…. My relationships with other realtors… because to me… these relationships are also so so important! I’ve had the pleasure of meeting and knowing some truly incredible realtors over the years…

On two of my closings this month, I had two such pleasures!!!

Avery Johnson brought the buyer on one of my listings.. and together we had an incredible transaction… quick.. successful and happy for all! I wish they could all sail so smoothly… we had great communication, and kept our clients interests in the forefront… thank you Avery for your professionalism… thought and effort! 😃🤩😉

And one of my closings last week… Tony Base and I were presented with a multitude of issues to navigate.. I had the buyer.. him the seller… more than once we just had to have a laugh together… you truly can’t make some of the scenarios in real estate up… 🤦‍♀️ Thank you Tony for your positive energy and efforts!

And! As luck would have it!!! These two realtors had the same transaction coordinator (not all created equal)! Kristin Crone… phenomenal job! Truly.. always so happy to see your name pop up! Relief… you’re amazing!

But! Thank you all! Our industry is unique with so many moving parts! It takes a village! I’ll look forward to crossing paths again… hopefully soon! Cheers! 😁
