UNAPOLOGETIC. A LOVE LETTER TO MYSELF. A STATEMENT TO THE WORLD. 🖤

Unapologetic has always been one of my favorite projects by badgalriri, and I’ve wanted to pay homage to this iconic era for the longest time. What started as a recreation of her legendary album cover became something much more personal.

I took the words, labels, and criticisms people have attached to my name and transformed them into art. This project is about reclaiming my power, owning my story, and refusing to let other people’s perceptions define me.

This is what my villain era looks like. Not seeking revenge, but choosing myself, protecting my peace, embracing my imperfections, and owning my strengths without feeling the need to explain or apologize for who I am.

As a creative and human being, I know what I bring to the table. I’m not in competition with anyone; I’m in my own lane, building something that reflects MY vision, MY artistry, and MY purpose. No rumor, false accusation, or attempt to discredit my work will ever take away my gifts.

To those who have misrepresented my character or tried to diminish my artistry: you do not get to define me. I’ve spent enough time trying to prove myself to others. Now, I’m choosing growth, protecting my peace, and focusing on everything I’m becoming.

I’m not perfect, and I’m not trying to be. I have nothing left to prove and everything left to become. Welcome to my UNAPOLOGETIC villain era. 💋
