Turns out… answering texts at 9pm, living out of my car on drive-thru coffee, negotiating like it’s an Olympic sport, and carrying lockboxes in my car at all times actually pays off. 😅

But truly — this isn’t just my award. It belongs to my incredible clients who trust me with their biggest investments, my friends who send referrals (you’re the real MVPs), and my family who pretends they don’t mind when I take “one quick call.”
