Owning a boat with your dog should feel like freedom…not a full-body workout trying to hoist a wet, wiggling pup back onboard.
That’s the problemTroy Bruce of nautiDAWGS Dog Boat Ladder set out to solve.
And if you’ve ever been in that situation, you know—it’s not just inconvenient. It’s stressful. It’s unsafe. It takes the fun out of what should be a great day on the water.
So Troy fixed it.
What started as an idea (and a lot of trial, error, and determination) turned into a product designed to make boating with your four-legged co-captain safer and easier. Lightweight. Durable. Built for real boats and real dogs.
But here’s the part people don’t always see…
This wasn’t just a website project.
This was a full product launch.
We started with market research.
Then SEO strategy.
Then messaging (so the right people actually get it).
Then website design and build.
Then digital marketing and launch strategy.
Plus a little graphic design and video editing along the way—because launches are never just one thing.
And somewhere between refining copy and hitting “publish,” this became more than a project for LSB Inc.
It became a collaboration.
From my mom spotting a Nextdoor post (proof that referrals come from everywhere) to working side by side with Troy and Angela to bring this vision to life—this is what I love about what I do.
Because behind every “launch” is a real story.
In this case?
Four years of building, testing, tweaking, and yes…praying…to get this ladder right.
Four years before a single “buy now” button ever existed.
So yesterday wasn’t just a website going live.
It was the starting line of a business that’s been a long time in the making.
And if there’s one thing I’ll always say—it’s this: A website isn’t the finish line.
It’s the moment you finally open the door.
