Those of you who know me well know I love finding a good deal! When I started this side project, one of my biggest goals was to keep video digitizing affordable for families and individuals. I charge $15 per tape, regardless of length, and $10 for a USB flash drive to store your videos. I also let customers break their orders into smaller batches if digitizing an entire collection at once isn’t in the budget.

For comparison, here are a few real examples from larger businesses that offer similar services:

CVS: Videotape to USB starting at $34.99 per tape

Kodak: $32 per tape (before temporary promo pricing) plus $19.99 for a USB drive

Walmart: $12.96 for the first 30 minutes of each tape, plus $5.46 for every additional 30 minutes — meaning a two-hour tape could cost $23.88, plus $12.96 for the USB flash drive

And of course, all of those options include mailing your precious tapes across the country for (potentially) months at a time.

I wanted to create an option that was straightforward, budget-friendly, and accessible to people who want to preserve their memories.
