Memories matter! Did you know Sigma Kappa has been raising money for the Alzheimer’s Association since 1984 and have raised over $18 million since then!

Sororities are a lot like pageants in the sense that they are both made up of groups of girls with passion for service, sisterhood, and personal growth. That is why I have found homes in both pageantry and Greek life and it has made me the woman I am today!💜

Along with advocating for the Alzheimer’s Association I encourage all young girls to get involved in Greek life and pageantry because it opens doors for life long friendships, leadership roles, communication skills, and an outlet for community service and philanthropy!

Alzheimer’s awareness fact of the day!

Almost two thirds of Americans living with Alzheimer’s disease are women!
Women are also more likely to be caregivers to someone suffering from Alzheimer’s than men.
As a woman passionate about the Alzheimer’s association these facts push my passion to fundraise from the Alz association and end Alz all together!
