Remember don't compromise on your goals...

It's the weekend, but that doesn't mean you should skip your workout! Take a break from your usual routine and try something new. Go for a hike, try a new yoga class, or take a bike ride. Your body will thank you!

Just because it's the weekend doesn't mean you should skip out on getting your body some accomplishing results. Make sure this weekend to get a nice workout in and even invite your friends. What's more fun than working out with your friends and motivating each other! I challenge you to workout with a friend this weekend and post a picture together below to give yourself some credit!

It's time to work those muscles! Whether it's lifting weights or bodyweight exercises, make sure you're targeting all your muscle groups. Focus on your arms, legs, back, and chest. You'll feel strong and accomplished!

Full body workouts are a great way to end the weekdays off. They will get you to push through every muscle of your body and create an awesome fatigue to the end. Make sure that after this week, you start to split your days up into focus group muscles to gain more out of your week. Get to work on your body and you will feel accomplished by the end of it.

It's time to get your heart pumping! Incorporate some cardio into your workout routine today. This can be a brisk walk, a run, or even a dance class. Just make sure to get your heart rate up and break a sweat!

Make sure today you burn that stubborn fat off with a nice run or jog. My favorite way of cardio is getting on a treadmill and setting the incline to 12 and the speed to 3. This will burn calories very fast and a lot of them while also making a very easy cardio session without putting so much strain on the knees.

It's important to take care of your body both inside and out. Make sure you're fueling your body with nutritious foods to keep your energy levels high and your mind sharp. Drink plenty of water and eat plenty of fruits and veggies.

This is the 80% of fitness!!! Everyone thinks that the hard part about working out is the going to the gym part but actually it's what you put in your body. Make sure to look up some great meal plans for this as you can find many free ones online! Fuel your body with proper energy and not fuel it with things that make you feel worse.

It's time to focus on your core! Incorporate some exercises that target your abs and lower back. Planks, sit-ups, and bicycle crunches are great options. Make sure to keep good form and take breaks if needed.

Working on your core is a great way to lose that annoying excess fat that may be built up. It is important to look up a youtube video on proper form of how to do sit-ups and crunches. This will reduce chance of injury and serious pain later on down your journey. Don't be discourage, get out there and improve your body!!

Start the week strong! Start your day with a 30-minute workout to get your heart rate up and your blood flowing. Whether it's a jog around the park, a yoga session, or a HIIT workout, make sure you start your week with a bang!

Make sure to watch how hard you workout. If this is the first time you are starting your fitness journey make sure to take it very easy. It can be very stressful on the body and you don't know your limits yet. I would start with a light jog into a walk for the first week and slowly move up.

If you are looking to life weights, make sure that form is key. Learn how to move the weight properly before moving up in weight at all. If you form is off, you wont build the muscle properly and you can cause serious injuries.
