Whiskey Wednesday: Meet AJ Bond Tennessee Whiskey

Some whiskeys are made in a distillery.

Some are built from a friendship.

This Whiskey Wednesday, we’re raising a glass to AJ Bond Tennessee Whiskey, a new Tennessee whiskey from Sazerac Company that honors the decades-long partnership between master distiller Allisa Henley and John Lunn.

The name “AJ Bond” represents the bond between Allisa and John, whose shared passion for Tennessee whiskey helped inspire the creation of this new distillery and whiskey. Crafted using traditional Tennessee whiskey methods, including charcoal mellowing, it’s a whiskey that pays tribute to Tennessee’s rich whiskey-making heritage while looking toward the future.

Fun Fact: The inaugural release includes mature whiskey aged up to 8-9 years and was blended to achieve a specific flavor profile rather than meet a particular age statement.
