A guy brought this espresso machine all the way back from Italy on a family trip years ago, and one broken plastic piece left it sitting unused for years. He sent me pictures of the component, and I was able to measure and recreate it in CAD so it fit perfectly.

Being able to bring back something someone holds that close to their heart, instead of letting it collect dust broken, is what makes this job so rewarding.

A lot of people think you can just buy a printer and start making things, but if you don't know how to design, you're stuck using whatever files you can find online. Learning to design your own models, fix your own printers, and keep up with the maintenance takes real time and money.

It's a lot more work than it looks like, but that's exactly why I'm here to help if you ever want to learn.
