🔎 Now Hiring: Co-Chef (Full-Time | In-Person)

Legacy Partners of NWO

Legacy Partners of NWO is seeking an experienced Co-Chef to support daily culinary operations in a high-volume dining environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for a proven kitchen professional who understands that strong systems, cost control, and team ex*****on are critical to sustainable success.

This position supports meal service ex*****on, inventory management, budgeting discipline, and staff leadership while maintaining quality, safety, and operational consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily production and service ex*****on

• Lead station setup, batch cooking, and production flow

• Enforce portion control, recipe standards, and presentation guidelines

• Apply FIFO, labeling, storage, and inventory best practices

• Assist with ordering based on par levels and usage history

• Track and reduce food waste and cost variance

• Coach kitchen staff and support shift alignment

• Maintain sanitation, safety, and organizational standards

• Document operational updates using established systems

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of professional kitchen experience with management responsibilities

• Demonstrated hands-on kitchen leadership and supervision

• Strong understanding of inventory control, ordering, FIFO, and waste tracking

• Experience supporting or managing food budgets

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to pass a background check (required)

Preferred:

• High-volume or institutional food service experience

• Familiarity with recipe costing systems

• International cuisine experience

• ServSafe Certification or willingness to obtain

Position Details:

• Full-Time | In-Person

• Pay: $22–$25 per hour

• 90-day probationary period prior to permanent placement
