WANT TO GUARANTEE YOUR MASCOT + COLORS ARE CREATED? 📣

You are always welcome to comment your mascot and school colors whenever we ask for requests! However, commenting does not guarantee that your mascot will be completed.

Before submitting a request, please check our Mascot Gallery! Each design includes a full list of the mascots and color combinations currently available, and the gallery is updated DAILY.

We receive HUNDREDS of requests every day, so unfortunately, we cannot create every wishlist request. We prioritize our list of most-requested mascots first. All other mascots are handled as requests come in—unless there is a paid order attached.

The fastest way to GUARANTEE your mascot is completed is to place an order through our website for:

✨ A DTF transfer
✨ A completed tee
✨ A custom mockup request

If we reply to your comment and let you know that a design must be created or remade, please place a mockup order if you want to guarantee it is completed.

A few important things to know:

• Not every mascot will be created unless it is ordered.
• Not every design is available in every mascot or school color combination.
• Some designs have a specific mascot style and cannot simply be renamed or recolored.
• If we do not already have the design in your mascot and/or colors, turnaround time may be up to 7 business days.
• All available mascot designs can be ordered as DTF transfers or completed tees.
• We do NOT sell digital design files.
