📣 More than a team. More than athletes. A FAMILY. 💙
Sometimes the best community impact starts with a simple connection.
Through our partners at Grind City Cares and their relationship with Cynthia Cash and the Chief Cash Foundation, we had the opportunity to meet Coach Tarnika Anderson and the Mitchell Cheerleaders at the Sneaker Soirée. After hearing more about these young ladies and what makes their team so special, we knew we wanted to support them.
Today, we had the privilege of providing the Mitchell Cheerleaders with their own pair of GCKs! 👟
Coach Anderson shared that this team is about so much more than cheer. Every athlete comes from a different background and carries a different story, but when they come together, everyone belongs, everyone is valued, and everyone has the opportunity to succeed.
These shoes represent more than something to wear. They’re a reminder that their hard work is seen, their commitment matters, and their community believes in them.
This is what happens when community, relationships, and purpose come together. 🤝🏾❤️
Keep working. Keep cheering. Keep being GREAT, Mitchell! 📣👟
