This popped up in my memories today and made me smile. Lucy is one of my very favorite people, and I just updated her website last week. Everything really does go in cycles. Here's to many more years of having my wonderful clients and all of the interesting and strange problems they bring for me to solve. I honestly love the challenge of solving these types of weird puzzles.
It's going to be a good day! Here's an impromptu case study. When Google updated their algorithm a couple weeks ago, Google Business delisted my client, Menominee Historic Downtown Farmers Market, from Maps due to confusion about them being inside of a different location that was already on the map. After I thought I had successfully resolved this for them, last week we found out that the main business had been removed from Maps and replaced with my client instead. The other business was annoyed, and mentioned it to my client, but they assumed it couldn't be fixed. My client told me about it. I've never seen anything like that before but was determined to try to fix it for them. They are not my client, so I didn't reach out to them, but I did copy my client on my correspondence with Google support. I assumed we would be waiting a while. Nope! I love waking up to messages like this. It makes my day when things go right first thing in the morning. These are the testimonials that don't make it on my website but that I treasure nonetheless.
Now if I can just shake this sinus infection so i can think at full capacity again. Lol.
