This special event celebrates 250 years of the U.S. Marine Corps and honors William Sharp Bush, the first Marine officer to fall in combat aboard the USS Constitution in 1812.

Counterfeit spirits just crashed the party in Taiwan—and it’s a sobering wake-up call for every brand that plays in the premium lane.

Last week, Taichung police busted a licensed liquor merchant who—along with 22 accomplices—was refilling recycled Hennessy, Dalmore, and Singleton bottles with doctored grain alcohol, then sliding the fakes onto retail shelves next to the real deal. In barely a year, the ring banked roughly NT$20 million (≈ US $620k) before the raid netted 1,935 bogus bottles, 50 barrels of raw spirit, and 19,000 empties ready for the next batch.

60 ml de Tequila Papacito Blanco, 45 ml de jugo de limón fresco, 30 ml de jarabe de agave, 6-8 zarzamoras frescas, Top de agua mineral (opcional), Hielos, Rodaja de limón para decorar, Zarzamoras extra para el garnish, Sal o azúcar para escarchar el vaso (opcional)

Preparación:
Escarcha el vaso con sal o azúcar al gusto, Muele las zarzamoras en una coctelera, Agrega Tequila Papacito, jugo de limón, jarabe de agave y hielos, Agita bien durante 15 segundos, Cuela y sirve en un vaso alto con hielo fresco, Añade un toque de agua mineral si deseas suavizar, Decora con una rodaja de limón y zarzamoras frescas.
