Guilt-free snacking during your menstrual phase ❤️

This is one of my go-to period snacks:
Raspberries stuffed with a dark chocolate chip 🍫

Why it works:
• Raspberries → high in fiber & antioxidants to support digestion and inflammation
• Dark chocolate → magnesium support for cramps, mood, and nervous system regulation
• Carbs & fat together → steadier blood sugar (aka fewer crashes & irritability)

Your body isn’t being “dramatic” during your period.
It’s recalibrating, releasing, and asking to be nourished.

Your menstrual phase is not the time to restrict…it’s the time to replenish 💛

Your luteal phase isn’t the time to force high-intensity workouts 💛
It’s the phase where your body is preparing, conserving, and asking for support.

Long walks during the luteal phase:
• Lower cortisol and stress
• Support digestion & reduce bloating
• Improve circulation without overstimulation
• Keep you consistent without burnout

Movement doesn’t have to be intense to be effective.
Sometimes the most aligned workout is the one that calms your body instead of pushing it.

If you’re feeling tired, unmotivated, or inflamed right before your period, this might be your sign to slow down, not quit.

Cycle syncing is about doing what actually works for your body instead of working against it ☺️
