Social Media can be cruel 😩, where even brief moments of MIA (missing in action) status can have a tragic impact on one's virtual existence! As the unforgiving algorithms condense our lives into a series of figures and engagement numbers 📈, taking a break from the virtual world can lead to a digital ghost town. 👻

3 Major Instagram Features coming soon

1️⃣ Feeds

What does this mean to you?
You will have more control over your IG experience. You’ll have 3 feeds to choose from, which will help you determine which one you like best :

-Home: This feed is pretty much like the one you have today. Personally, I will give this one a big bye-bye. Despite people saying that the algorithm gets you and your interests, to me, it just doesn’t cut it. Just because I watched a single video of a cute baby inside a tennis basket feeding balls to his dad ti hit, doesn’t mean I want my feed, reels and anywhere I look covered with tennis!

-Favorites: This feed will be the about the lists of accounts you don‘t want to miss. You can include here your family and close friends. Aunt Gertrude adopted a new cat? Never miss it again!

- Following: Chronological feed is back! I think this will be my favorite. Apparently it’s making a big comeback. I’m excited. Nowadays, since news travel so fast, this one is perfect to be up to date on what people are posting now! I don’t want to see what someone posted 3 days ago… if they’re getting married now, I want to see it now!

2️⃣ Messaging: This upgrade will let you reply to any message on your thread, create custom reactions, and send polls in a group thread (unsure where to have dinner with a group? Send a poll! You will need to update to the latest version of IG to see these changes.

3️⃣ Subscriptions: This feature is built for creators: it’s a way to have a predictable income. Stories will go live just to your subscribers. You’ll also have an exclusive subscriber LIVE and a subscriber badge. How do you know who your subscriber is? Look out for the purple indicator or purple ring for stories. There will be the possibility to carry out these contacts to other apps and websites in the future. Exciting news!

Every beginning of the year we sit down to reflect on what we can do better in our business. With all these open communication channels in which we are bombarded with content each day, you’ve probably heard many things about what to do and what not to do.

It’s impossible to give a one size fits all solution to businesses… but pretty much 3 things you can do for your business this 2022 can be summarized in the following:

Grow your E-mail list. Your email list is made of leads and prospects that are there for you and your business, you’ll be able to nurture them and reach out in many ways during the year as long as you provide them with value. Keep them happy so they can stay with you and make conversions so much easy.

Plan your marketing efforts: There are many different ways to promote your products or services. Don’t let the overwhelm attack you and make you work without a plan. Draft a plan (it doesn’t matter if it’s on pen and paper, an excel spreadsheet, or on a sophisticated project management software), just do it and stick to it. It definitely pays off to work with a plan.

Hire professionals that can help your business grow: As business owners, we tend to do all the things. There are many professionals out there that are perfectly skilled to help in tasks that you might not know how to do or don’t have the time to do. This is when hiring a specialist might come in handy. Focusing on things we can handle and passing along other tasks are perfect to keep the ball rolling.

Today we celebrate our dear friend and client Helida from !

She came to us with a dream. She told us everything about how she envisioned her project and her unique handmade perfume. She knew exactly who her audience was and had a buyer persona that helped us understand perfectly what she wanted to convey on her website. While developing the website, she consistently worked on the side figuring out packaging choices and brainstorming ideas to knock the socks off with her soon to be launched perfume.

We loved helping her out creating her dream e-commerce website while having long conversations about the ins and outs of designing a product from step 1.

I proudly bought one bottle of perfume for myself on launching day ( July the 14th) and decided that I wanted to take beautiful pics with her packaging and bottle to accompany this post. I brought the bottle with me to my beach vacation in the Florida west coast and here is the result!

Today’s project is a reality and we fill extremely proud to have helped her making her vision a reality! Also, we feel extremely proud for our friend Helida who achieved her dream little by little, working long hours to get where she is now.
