I worked so hard for a career that didn’t work out as planned!
I’m Jai, the founder of Varied Management. A little over a year ago, I graduated from college with a dream to work in the music industry. This had been my passion for years, and I couldn’t imagine myself doing anything else but working in entertainment.
During my search for an internship, I met a wonderful mentor who changed my perspective. She taught me what it means to be an entrepreneur and a leader.
After a few months of working with her, I discovered my true passion: helping small entrepreneurs succeed. I found joy in assisting them in navigating the challenges of everyday business life.
So I left my “dream job” at a record label and started my own company, focusing on social media management and virtual assistant services - the very things I had been assisting her with.
I’m very Type A, so it’s no surprise that I enjoy organization and management.
Through her guidance, I secured my second client and then a third. From there, one client referred another, and the cycle continued. Without actively promoting my business, I acquired 9 long-term clients whom I work with on a monthly basis.
As we approach the new year, I am eager to share what I’ve learned as a social media manager and virtual assistant. I want to offer tips and tricks that helped me expand my business, maintain clientele, establish sustainable processes, and more!
