I truly believe that consistency is one of the defining factors of success, especially in terms of making money!

Have you ever seen someone who is wealthy in the long term and wasn’t consistent? I haven’t! Even the best athletes built their success on consistency, not just on talent.

If you are able to push through when times get tough, you will end up where you want to be. Of course, you do have to continue for long enough. But, just have this consideration in your mind, and you will be able to make it.

Don’t stop! Make sacrifices today, enjoy tomorrow!

Don’t you dare kill off your momentum of success!

When you have been grinding and good things start to happen, keep going! Success comes in lumps, so don’t stop it until it naturally stops.

Some celebrate a little bit too early, and kill off this momentum. I am not saying to work yourself to death and to not be happy about what you have done. But, just don’t quit!

Remember, whatever doesn’t get better, will get worse. There isn’t such a thing as “stability” in business.

There is a total of 4 different levels of motivation that exist:

The first one is simple. It is the absolute absence of motivation whatsoever. Not very good!

Next is motivation by money. Money coming in or the potential of that is going to motivate you, yet not as much as the next ones.

The third is motivation by acknowledgement or fame. People are social and want to be recognized by others. For this, they will start doing a lot.

The ultimate level of motivation is when you are driven by making a difference to the world or to help certain others. At this point, nothing will stop you. Yet, this has to be actually your purpose for it to work.

Ask any truly successful person, they will most likely be motivated by the last two!

You might have heard this before a lot, but you should have a reason behind the money.

When you do something for a purpose that is greater than a bunch of tradable papers, you tend to stay more motivated. You tend to be more consistent because there is more value behind what you are doing.

The good news is that money will come in anyways. It is probably the easiest part of the whole process. Yet, finding that bigger purpose is probably harder.

Don’t ever quit doing the thing that is the purpose of your life!

I believe retirement in the future is not for me. What am I going to do with all that free time? I would rather work until I die, but work with a good purpose and doing what I enjoy.

I met many different wealthy people in my life, but this one stuck out to me specifically. Being the creator of a successful car company, he retired with lots of money and continued to make lots. Yet, it was as if he died inside. His life became boring and his days monotonous. I heard no enthusiasm in his voice whatsoever. It was as if he was ready to die!

I am sure you don’t want that either!

The state of enthusiasm is where people create great things.

If you ever see someone be good at anything, you will also usually see them be filled with enthusiasm about what they do. It could be anything: a sport, business, their job etc. On the other hand, you will never see a depressed person making good money.

So, develop that enthusiasm. Develop it by becoming great at what you do, even if you hate it. Trust me, it will be an asset for you in the long run.

Oh, and I am talking about natural enthusiasm. Some people use substances for this, but I am sure you already know the long term results of that!

Want to keep clients long term? Overdeliver.

If you are expecting to get $100, but get $120, wouldn’t that make you happy for the moment? The same thing happens with clients and buyers.

People are expecting good quality, so give even more than they are expecting. They will not only think you are great at what you do, but they themselves will probably spread the word about you and bring in new customers.

Use this simple rule!

Give a busy man a task, and he will get it done for you!

It seems irrational, but it is true. Someone who has too much free time, will prolong his tasks throughout it. A man who is just too busy, will find a way to get it done.

Keep yourself busy, and you will see your productivity go up. Of course, it has to have a purpose, but that is a completely different discussion.

Also, you will tend to notice that you feel mentally better when busy and productive. Time passes by faster, and when you earn your rest, it is more enjoyable!

Share your visions and goals only with the right people!

It is unfortunate that most are not able to believe in others. So, when they hear what others want to do, they try to lower others’ goals. They suppress others. They tell them it is impossible and to be realistic.

Yet, do you think anyone successful was originally considered reasonable by others? No.

No matter what you say, other people’s opinion about you can have an effect. So, beware of these kinds of humans and continue aiming high. The truth is what is true to you, not what is true to others.

Always aim high!

If you set your goals higher than originally, failure won’t be that much of a problem. However, if you fail at a lower goal, failure will be a problem.

When you fail at making $500,000 by making $200,000, you still are not in a bad place. If you fail at making $50,000 by making $35,000, it might be a little bit sad. Do you see the difference?

Of course, with bigger targets there needs to be more commitment. That can’t be escaped. Yet, if you want to live well, you must adopt this kind of mentality.

This way sometimes you can even be happy that you failed!

Don’t worry about your pricing, it is just a number! But consider the value you offer for that number.

People buy because of the value, not the price. If your value is great for the price, it will simply be sold (assuming you did some marketing and people know about your product). Even though this is a commonly debated topic and people try to use psychological tricks on it, just give enough or more than needed value!

Having your pricing end in 99 won’t make as much difference as offering $120 value for a $100 product.

The world is changing, and so should be your approach to marketing!

As obvious as it is, digital marketing is taking over. Traditional marketing is dying out. Yet, why do I see so many companies and people rely on the old ways? Billboards, TV ads and Radio ads, for example, aren’t what they used to be anymore.

No matter what business you have, your audience is using platforms such as Google or Meta. So do advertising there! It is not the most difficult thing to learn, and if you have no time for it, hand it off to a marketing agency like us.

Jump in before it is too late. The opportunity is yours, so take it!
