Growing up in Brazil you get used to the economy being always in a "crisis".
So the idea of a recession coming up doesn't seem scary...
It is exciting, to be honest.

I decided on Marketing as a profession when I was about 15 years old and my line of thought was that if there are opportunities in moments of crisis and I can learn how to sell... then I would never struggle with money.

I guess I was right.
While most businesses are laying off employees and everyone is bracing for a bear market. Meanwhile, I can't hire fast enough.

And there is one thing I've noticed between the people that are hiring my team and me to create their campaigns.

They are not afraid. They are attacking while everyone else is retracting. They are Investing while everyone else is saving.

This is why they were winning... this is why they will likely continue to win even in this new economic scenario.

The attack is always the best defense.

and I can only talk about myself here but...
I'll win. I will provide.
It doesn't matter if the dollar collapses.
It doesn't matter if gas hits $15.
Because I am the master of my future.
And so are my clients.

What else is there to say?

The most common reason people don't promote their business is that they are stuck trying to achieve perfection.

And only then they will "launch their brand".

I see that every single day.

-You won't do anything because you don't have a perfect schedule to do it?
-You won't do anything because you can't find time to plan a campaign and your content?
-You won't do anything because you got sick 2 months ago and that set you back on everything?
-Or is it because you're going on vacation and is summer break and the kids are out of school?
-A new listing, a new case, your biggest deal ever?

It's all excuses keeping you from being the best that you know you could be.

And you know what you need to do.

Get hard! Get It Done!

Your industry is not getting easier. Life is not getting easier.

No one is coming to save you...

Every day an excuse gets in your way, Is a day someone eats your lunch.
Is another day you worry about your business
Is another day you have to worry about not being able to afford private school.
Is another trip that you couldn't go on first class.
Is another car that you couldn't get all of the extras.

Is another... and another... and another...

So f*c!k your excuses.

You're the One in absolute control of your future.
It doesn't matter the situation. No matter the economy. You Will Provide!

It doesn’t matter where you come from, it only matter on what you believe.

Do you believe you are poor because your parents weren’t rich?
Because your ancestors where not in a favorable position?
Do you believe that people will discriminate because you are an immigrant or because you are black or because you are still building your skills?

Well… then you will be discriminated, and you will continue to be poor, and people aren’t going to treat you.

I choose not to notice when/if someone was trying to treat me a certain way because I was an immigrant and I talk funny and I make massive mistakes with grammar.

If you believe it is impossible for you to achieve your ultimate goal… guess what?

I always believe that I would be sitting with $13 million in my bank account.

I don’t have that yet… but i have absolutely no doubt it is going to happen… and soon.

Or to be remembered for using the perfect font that matches your last post and it has a tiny special curve on the bottom of the letters?

I see entrepreneurs getting caught with it every single day.
Plans , campaigns, deals… things not moving forward because we get stuck in minimal details.

I much rather have post published with poor photoshop cropping and you prospects thinking about me than taking another week to post because I couldn’t find the perfect font, spellcheck my captions, crop the photo perfectly.

We judge ourselves more than anyone else gives a crap.

I’ve learned the difference between transactional business and relationship business when I first worked with .

It felt different, it felt like I wasn’t working, but rather helping a good friend.

So I’ve started looking for more relationships in business than just clients and this decision has changed the way I do business.

Of course I don’t become friends with everyone I do business with but when I do, those become long term client, forever friends and the most important of all, partners.

I started my first “real” business about 8 years ago, and during this time I got the chance of working with all sorts of business owners.
Between these business owners there is one special kind that I always found fascinating.
I call them “professional planners”.
Sometimes they can spend weeks creating that perfect plan, and once the plan is completed it goes straight into a drawers and it will be forever forgotten.

It is kind of sad but so common…

Are you a "doer" or are you a "planner"?

I hear so many people telling me "I am the plan's guy" as if this was something to be proud of.

This year is my 8th year as a real business owner, and nothing makes me more sick to my stomach than people that are willing to spend 10 hours writing the perfect plan but not willing to spend 2 hours doing the work.

This is why in my office I don't have a big picture of Money or a Lion or some clever motivational quote. The only thing it says in my office's wall is "EX*****ON".

How many thousands of people had the same idea as Amazon? Or Uber? How many people thought about investing money into Bitcoin years ago...

But there was only one Jeff Bezos, there was only one Uber, there was only a few of millionaires from Bitcoin.

So if you are a "DOER", if you get s**t done... come with me.

If you want to create a perfect plan to what you want to do in life... well... just move out of my way please.
