A new Harvard-backed study of 99 trials says intermittent fasting can rival old-fashioned calorie counting for weight loss success. In fact, alternating fast days (eat one day, fast the next) edged out regular dieting – people lost a bit more weight and saw bigger drops in waist size and cholesterol!
