Orientation is Monday. Today is Friday. And your physical could make or break the whole thing. 🚨

If your physical is already pre-approved , breathe easy. You’re good.
But if you’ve got a physical waiting for you at orientation... especially after a long drive to get there... this weekend matters MORE than you think.

Here’s what NOT to do 👇
❌ Wake up and slam a pot of coffee loaded with sugar
❌ Grab a donut on the way in
❌ Go heavy on salt and sugar the night before
✅ Fast the morning of the physical
✅ Eat clean the night before
✅ Stay relaxed — you’ve got this

You drove hundreds of miles and waited for this opportunity. Don’t let a cup of sweet coffee be the reason it slips away. ☕

Don't quit your job over 5 cents a mile. 🛑

Real story — we get calls all the time:
"Hey man, I need 65 cents per mile."

Cool. What are you at now?
"60."

…You're 5 CENTS AWAY. 😳

Have you tried asking your current company for a raise?

👉 Try that first.

You don't always have to change jobs to make more money. Especially when you're already doing a great job for them.
