Idea Lab Digital, a privately held company, is a full-service digital agency specializing in brand development through an integrated advertising, graphic design, interactive, social media and public relations platform. In addition to marketing communications services, Idea Lab designs and develops dynamic websites and custom web applications from desktop to mobile. Principal & Creative Director, Jay Winkler became partner in 2003 and acquired Idea Lab in 2013 and is now sole owner of the agency. Prior to Idea Lab, Winkler owned Evolution Design & Advertising, an award-winning firm launched during the Dot-com Boom of the late 1990s. Upon merging Evolution into Idea Lab, and thanks to over 20 years of marketing success, he has never looked back. Jack Paolin founded Idea Lab in 1996 after selling his former agency, Paolin & Sweeney Advertising, which was one of New Jersey’s largest ad agencies. Paolin continues to serve as an advisor and consultant for Idea Lab. Coupling that leadership with an experienced creative team, Idea Lab knows how to create business for its clients.
