On Global Accessibility Awareness Day (GAAD), JKM is reaffirming its commitment to digital accessibility. We are using this moment to strengthen how our digital experience works for the people we serve and their customers. For us at JKM, accessibility is not a one-time initiative. It's part of building a more reliable, usable experience for every customer and internet user.
At JKM, we serve small business owners and non-profits. When digital experiences fall short, it creates friction at critical moments. Accessibility is how we reduce that friction and help our clients earn trust with every interaction on their website.
In collaboration with accessiBe, JKM is implementing solutions that
support continuous accessibility improvements over time. This work is informed by accessiBeβs Advisory Board and accessLabs, ensuring accessibility efforts reflect real user needs in practice.
