When I first started my business, I realized I was thinking negative all the time and it was so hard to retrain my brain but I did it. Negative thoughts are just that. Negative. They bring you down and are not worth your time. So, when you catch yourself thinking negative, replace it with positive and soon you won't think negative anymore.
