Nine Pound Music A Digital Marketing & Web Design Company Nine Pound Music was originally started as a full service artist management company.

Over the course of the past few years combined with the professional backgrounds of its partners, it has developed into a digital marketing and web agency (that also likes to dabble in artist management from time to time). In 2014, we chose to transform Nine Pound Music into a digital marketing company and keep the same company name instead of creating a new company for two reasons:

1 – We took a

lot of time and consideration when we were initially deciding on a name. The name Nine Pound Music pays homage to Mr. Bill Monroe and his version of the tune “Nine Pound Hammer.”

2 – We are located in one of the biggest music capitals of the world so keeping the word “music” in the name was important to us. (Although we happily serve businesses and brands both in and out of the music industry!)
