👀 I've seen this happen more than once 👇

A business owner puts so much effort into preparing for an event (promoting it, creating their presentation, showing up, connecting with people) and then suddenly realizes their website isn't doing what they thought it was.

😬 A form isn't working.

😬 A page is loading painfully slowly.

😬 Something looks completely different on mobile.

😬 Or they're getting more traffic than usual and the site simply isn't keeping up.

And unfortunately, the day of the event is not the ideal time to discover these things.

👉 This is one of the reasons I believe website care is proactive.

It's not just about fixing something when it breaks.

It's about looking ahead and asking:

"What is my business asking my website to do next, and is it ready?"

Because when you're putting your business in front of more people, your website becomes part of that experience.

Last week, I received a message from a former client that started with six words:

😬 As I looked into it, I found:

It was a difficult reminder of something I talk about often:
