If I took over your marketing👀

These are probably the first 3 things I’d look at…

First, show me the numbers. I want to know where you’re actually making money. Where are your clients coming from? What are people buying? What has worked and what hasn’t?

I really don’t care if you have 500 followers or 50K if none of them are buying from you.

Second, I’m looking at how you’re presenting yourself online. Are you actually showing people that you know what you’re doing? Are you giving them a reason to trust you and choose you? Or does your page just look like a bunch of posts because you feel like you have to keep posting?

And then I want to know how you’re staying in front of people. Social media is part of it, but what about your email list? Your website? Your past clients? The people who inquired and never booked?

Because sometimes you don’t need MORE people.

You need to do a better job marketing to the people who are already paying attention.
