Please help this beautiful little soul . And hug and hold your babies close !!!

I’m going to lose BOTH my eyes. One is bulging and the other is so full of yucky stuff..I’m going to lose it too. I can’t even begin to tell you how this feels except to say that losing both of them will be better than this, I will be free from pain. I have only been born into this world a few short weeks, but I can’t even imagine feeling worse than this! At least I got to see something of the world we live in before my eyes got so bad. I’m going to get lots of bumps and bruises as I find my way in this world, but I know I CAN find my way.

I already miss seeing the faces of my siblings…. And, I already know I’ll never see the faces of the family that decides to love me the rest of my life, but I WILL feel their LOVE!

I’m ready!!! I’m ready to be free of pain! I’m ready for a better life!!! I’m ready to feel the good parts of living, not just the bad!

I’m ready to know what love feels like!!!!

, meet Rhett-Samford. A very determined little guy despite his circumstances…To be given the gift of sight and to have it taken away so quickly. Even the simplest things will be a challenge for this precious boy, but with the right family he will know happiness, love and safety. His family has only been in this world for such a short time, 3 tiny, helpless souls, left to fend for themselves…Rhett has two siblings. Only a few, short weeks into this world and already knowing such pain, such suffering, the savage realities for so many precious souls just making their way into this world. Their innocence forever lost to them after just a few weeks of life….

, Rhett-Samford will need a lot of help. Two eye surgeries, he also has a UTI, deworming, all his firsts! I’m not going to lie, it’s not going to be cheap, but we know WE can’t do it without YOU!!! What do you think you could you give up for a single day to help Rhett and his family? A cup of coffee, a soda, a pack of gum, that candy bar that you keep telling yourself you don’t need because you need to lay off the sugar? That’s all it takes. A few dollars can go a long way for Rhett and his siblings …especially with a nation of Angels beside them…with a nation of Angels beside precious, little Rhett and his family…

Update: Dashing Dede is safe. This was his freedom ride below in comments. You can see how bad the left eye is. Thank you for the donations thus far. He will need many more to cover his care. 😇💙

TINY YORKIE NEEDS HELP! He’s looking straight into the camera PLEADING for help!

He’s not old, only 4 years and 3.8 pounds. Yet he has some real issues going on. He has a perforation of the left eye and the right eye isn’t healthy, requiring drops. It could possibly develop more problems down the road. His left eye will definitely need removal. He has trichiasis, a condition where the eyelashes grew improperly and cause eye irritation lead damage of the cornea. Then there’s his teeth. Small dogs are prone to problems and require care to keep them healthy. He is in serious need of a dental.

He was found stray and fortunately was brought in to the shelter. He obviously was out there a while, in the heat, rain and hard to find water. He certainly didn’t have much to eat, being so thin.

Dashing Dede isn’t looking too dashing right now. He needs a lot of vet care, nutrition and love to get him back to the handsome boy he can be. HE NEEDS YOU, ANGEL NATION! His medical expenses will add up, several thousand
$$$$$ will be needed to cover the costs.

**6/22/22 Update!** Please take a look at her newest picture! THIS is why we rescue! The look on her face says it all!

Buffey is the result of a Craigslist Breeder.

Two words that should never be used together in the same sentence. But it happens all the time even though shelters are overflowing with great dogs, even purebreds, who won’t make it out.
Buffey’s owner adopted her from this breeder to get her out of the situation. Unfortunately, her senior dogs didn’t appreciate puppy energy even though she’s sweet as pie. But she still did the best thing she could for Buffey and surrendered her to Angels. And someone stepped up to foster❤️🐾
Buffey WON’T end up in the wrong hands. She WILL get to live the happy life she deserves. But she needs YOU.
