It’s official 💛 I’m on vacation this week 🙌🏾

In January this year I’ve decided for the rest of 2022 I would intentionally take time to rest every single month to avoid stress and burnout (Noire Design Studio is a 1 woman show 🤞🏾I finally hired a bookkeeper, accountant, and next hire may be a CFO or Tech VA)

I will be spending time loving on myself, my kiddos (summer break ended + back to school has begun📆 📚✏️🚌🏫 which means Momma gets a break), my husbae, my family, and my loved ones.

I will not feel any shame or guilt for putting my out of office message on and messaging my clients that I’ll be back next week to address all of their needs!

I say all that to say I had to give myself permission to rest 🛀🏾 so can you Ms. CEO.

I want you to know that doing what feels right for you is what’s best in your personal and business life.

Doing what feels right for you allows you to fully step into your power ✨ claim success as your birthright.

Entrepreneurship is a form of activism ✊🏼✊🏽✊🏾✊🏿Self-care is a form of activism too!

Seven months ago I’ve decided for the rest of 2022 I would intentionally take time to rest every single month to avoid stress and burnout (Noire Design Studio is a 1 woman show 🤞🏾because I haven’t officially hired my first yet)

I will be spending time loving on my babies, my husband, my family, my crew, and my community!

I will not feel any shame or guilt for putting my out of office message on and messaging my clients that I’ll be back next week to address all of their needs!

I say all that to say I had to give myself permission to rest and so can you Ms. Mompreneur.

I want you to know that doing what feels right for you is what’s best in your personal and business life. Don;t listen to the naysayers!

Doing what feels right for you allows you to fully step into your power and claim radiant success as your birthright.

Mompreneur life is about taking breaks when you need to.

Rest is a form of self-care and if you don't take care of yourself how can you take care of your babies?
