Empty floor. Zero movement. Just concrete and potential. 🏭

Then we show up.

Pallet jacks. Forklifts. Racking systems. Training.

The right equipment from the right team —
and that warehouse goes from silent to unstoppable in no time.

That’s what we do at TriLift.

We don’t just sell equipment.

We put warehouses in motion.

If your operation is ready to scale, we’re ready to make it happen.

Nobody shows you the days selling actually breaks you. 🥊
You wake up locked in.

List ready. Energy up. Let’s go.

Then your best prospect ghosts you.

A deal you’ve been working for months falls apart.

And someone on the inside throws you under the bus and you never saw coming.

That’s not a bad day.

That’s just Tuesday in sales.

The punches don’t always come from outside.

Sometimes it’s your own company.

Your own head.

Your own doubt creeping in between calls.

But the reps who last?

They don’t avoid the hits.

They take the hit — sit in the car for a minute — and make the next call anyway.

That’s the job nobody posts about.

That’s the version of sales that actually builds you.

Keep moving. 🥊

Relationships Build Empires.

How you follow up tells people who you are.

Not your title. Not your business card. Not your LinkedIn.

The text you send three weeks after meeting someone — that’s the test.

If it reads “just checking in,” you’ve already failed.

I sell warehouse equipment. I sell houses. I coach reps.

Three jobs, one skill underneath all of them:

I do what I said I would.

The plant manager who calls me first. The homebuyer who referred her sister. The rep who hit quota faster.

All three remembered the same thing — I followed through when nobody was watching.

Doing what you said you’d do isn’t a strategy.

It’s the whole game. 🎯

Nobody talks about this when buying warehouse equipment.

And it’s costing businesses thousands.

Most buyers focus on price. I get it — budget matters.

But price is only one piece of the decision.

What actually determines if your equipment purchase works out — or turns into a costly headache — is the team behind it.

You need:

→ A sales rep who understands your operation, not just your order
→ A service team that responds fast — every hour of downtime costs you
→ A parts department that’s stocked and ready — no 3-week back orders
→ Training that keeps your operators OSHA certified and your liability covered

The equipment is only as good as the team that stands behind it.

Most professionals are networking — but almost none of them are turning it into revenue.

That’s not a motivation problem. It’s a system problem.

After years in sales — building relationships from scratch, managing territory, and turning cold contacts into closed deals — I identified five things that separate people who network and people who actually capitalize on their network.

I call it SPARK.

S — Seek
Stop showing up everywhere. Get intentional about which rooms you’re in and who’s in them. Quality of environment matters more than quantity of events.

P — Position
Be crystal clear on who you help and how you add value before any conversation. If you can’t say it in one sentence, the other person can’t remember it either.

A — Activate
Great networkers don’t pitch. They ask one smart question and listen. The conversation does the work for you.

R — Reconnect
Follow up within 48 hours with something specific from your conversation. Most people never do this. It’s the single biggest missed opportunity in professional networking.

K — Keep
Relationships go cold when you only reach out when you need something. Stay warm consistently. Add value before you need to ask.

Your network is already an asset. Most people just haven’t activated it.

SPARK is the system I use — and teach — to help sales professionals, entrepreneurs, and career builders turn their contacts into capital.

Save this and share it with someone who needs a better networking system.

Want to go deeper? I work with people 1:1 on exactly this. Drop a comment or DM me.

What if I told you that building a successful biz and life is pretty simple.

Well, it is!

Consistency is the key ingredient to your recipe for success.

Successful people are not successful because they're lucky or extraordinary.

They just show up every day and do their best.

They stick with it longer than everyone else.

They're not perfect, but they keep trying and get back up when hit the ground.

And so can you!

Build habits that can power up your daily grind: exercise in the morning; journal; listen to inspiring podcasts...you name it!

Do this consistently and you'll be unstoppable!

And if you're a biz owner who's still lost and looking for a way to generate success, feel free to grab a copy of my Online Biz Roadmap—it's a step-by-step guide that will show you where to take action in your business so you can get started creating the life you want and deserve!
