Here is exactly how I set my hair up before getting under this heat cap:

🌱 Step 1: Parted my hair into four equal sections to make sure every single strand gets noticed.
🌱 Step 2: Massaged our Miracle Rice Oil directly onto my scalp to stimulate blood as well well as the ends of my hair. Gave a 1 minute per section massage (using my red light therapy +vibration)
