LaClare Creamery began in 1978 when Larry and Clara Hedrich purchased a small hobby farm in Wisconsin with a few goats and chickens. Over the years, the farm grew into a full-fledged producer of artisanal goat cheeses, combining family roots with high-quality, locally sourced ingredients.
While the cheeses earned awards and a loyal following, the brand faced a challenge common to specialty food producers: many shoppers were unfamiliar with goat cheese, unsure how to use it, or unaware of LaClare’s story. To address this, LaClare worked with POLA to produce recipe videos, e-commerce photography, and studio content designed to make the products approachable, understandable, and desirable.
Studio photography captured the cheeses from multiple angles, emphasizing texture, color, and packaging. The images were versatile, ready for use across social media, online marketplaces, and retail listings, giving shoppers confidence in what they were buying. Every detail, from crumbles to logs, was photographed to convey both quality and usability.
Recipe videos showed the cheeses in action, presenting simple, everyday dishes that made goat cheese feel accessible in real kitchens. Salads, appetizers, breakfast spreads, and baked dishes highlighted practical applications, helping consumers envision how LaClare products could fit into their own meals.
By producing content in-house, the creative team maintained consistency in styling, lighting, and brand presentation. Assets were delivered ready for deployment, streamlining approvals and reducing the need for reshoots.
The result was a cohesive library of high-quality content that strengthened LaClare’s online presence. Recipe videos inspired use, product photography built confidence, and every asset reinforced the premium quality of the cheeses. Through careful creative direction and focused production, LaClare now has a media library that supports ongoing sales, engagement, and growth across digital and retail channels.
